Obituary of Marie M. Pape

LeRoy ~ Marie M. Pape, age 74, of Oatka Trail, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Pape was born October 19, 1941 in Rochester, a daughter of the late John and Anna Kramer Barnard. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, who just loved to be in the presence of her family. She also liked to swim and just to be outdoors. She is survived by her children, Arthur Pape of Pavilion, Randolph (Crystal) Pape of Byron, David (Lorylie) Pape of LeRoy, Herbert Pape of LeRoy and Rebecca (Stephen Ginovsky Jr.) Pape of Churchville; daughter-in-law, Kim Pape of Churchville, along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Pape in 2009, her son, Hawkeye Pape in 2012 and her siblings. Family and friends may call on Monday, December 14 from 6 ~ 7:30 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where her Service of Remembrance will be held at 7:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
