Gosh...so much to say about Donna. Always giving to everyone. She loved giving back in the community. Donna touched my life in so many ways over the years from being friends with her daughter, to revitalizing Winterfest around my Bazaar I started and she got the WOTM to sponsor by merging with an event they did.
Donna's constant investment in the community made her the true meaning of what the LeRoyian of the year is. She never received it, but I nominated her one year. She worked endless hours for the WOTM, worked Business Council events for the kids- Easter Egg Hunt including filling those eggs,the Halloween Parade and filling those bags to Santa at the Moose.
Giving came natural to her even when she had increased health issues. Thank goodness Donna was a part of my life. Sadly I did not see her enough in the past few years.
