Pavilion ~ Mary Maxine (Hendrickson) Benson, age 84, of Hutchinson Street, passed away at home on Thursday, August 14, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

     She was born May 18, 1941 in Gray, KY, a daughter of the late William and Marie Hembree Hendrickson.

     In addition to her parents, Maxine was predeceased by her husband, Duane Benson; siblings, Celia (Albert) Milroy, Dallas (Darlene) Hendrickson, Ivy Strasburg and Mac (Judy) Hendrickson.

     Maxine will be sadly missed by her children, Celia “Chita” (Brian) Boyce, Jeff Shaver (Brenda Snyder), Joseph Benson and Marie (Thomas) Hart; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Myrtle (Michael) Teed; dear friends, Sue Fallon and Betty White, along with many nieces and nephews.

     Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
