LeRoy ~ RoseAnn Donohue, age 83, of West Avenue, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning (Sept. 9, 2025) at Rochester General Hospital.

     She was born January 15, 1942 in LeRoy, a daughter of the late Cosimo and Antoinette Filio O’Geen.

     RoseAnn will be remembered for her caring and selfless ways, along with her strong faith. Spending time with her family and friends was foremost, as was her “Sunday Sauce Day”, a cherished tradition.  Her compassionate demeanor was also evident over her 40+ years career in nursing, first at St. Jerome’s Hospital and then retiring from the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home.

     She will be sadly missed by her children, Kelly (Thomas) Donohue Burns, Brian (Dina) Donohue, Maureen (Buck) Cicoria and Timothy (Deanna) Donohue; grandchildren, Eric Donohue, Elizabeth Burns, Colin Lynch, Brandon Donohue, Skylar Donohue and Drew Donohue; great-grandson, Nate Fullmer; sister, Carm O’Geen; sisters-in-law, Margaret O’Geen and Janet O’Geen, along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

     In addition to her parents, RoseAnn was predeceased by her husband, George M. Donohue and her brothers, Russell “Satch” O’Geen and Joseph C. O’Geen.

     Family and friends may call on Sunday, September 14 from 3 ~ 7 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd., LeRoy.  Her Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 15 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, St. Peter’s Church, 44 Lake St., LeRoy.
