LeRoy ~ Sandra A. Sellhorst, age 64, formerly of York Road, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, September 20, 2025.

     She was born October 6, 1960 in Rochester, NY, a daughter of the late George and Rebecca Foy Makosy.

     Sandy will be remembered as a kind and caring person, who enjoyed time spent with family and friends, whether it was for shopping, traveling or watching movies.  She was very ambitious and loved spending time gardening, reading or sewing.  Her career was also very important to her as she dedicated over four decades to Kodak and L3Harris, working in the field of configuration management.

     She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Heather Sellhorst; grandchildren, Aiden Dyer and Stevie Rebecca Panek; siblings, Charles (Carla) Makosy, Stephen (Robin) Makosy and Anna Mae (John) Yingling; ex-husband, Allen Sellhorst; close friend, Joanne Huenemoerder-Dohse, along with many nieces and nephews.

     Sandy was predeceased by her daughter, Amy Rebecca Sellhorst in 2022.

     Family and friends may call on Thursday, September 25 from 3 ~ 7 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd., LeRoy, where her funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM.  Interment at the Wyoming Cemetery will take place on Friday, September 26 at 1:00 PM.
