Aubrey Z. Beverly Obituary

Aubrey Z. Beverly Obituary

Aubrey Z. Beverly,76, of Bergen NY, passed into the loving arms of his Jesus on December 19th surrounded by family.

Aubrey was born October 5th, 1949 in Charleston, West Virginia.  He grew up in Oakfield, NY where many of his friends still reside. He retired from General Motors after a long career.  His greatest joys in life were his wife, Patti, his children and his grandchildren.  He was a giver and always willing to do for others.  He made it well known to all the young adults in his neighborhood and the friends of his children that he was always available, day or night, to be their designated driver, no questions asked, so that they would not drink and drive.  He loved caring for his grandchildren while their parents worked, loved hunting, fishing and all things outdoors, loved tropical vacations with his wife, children and other family members and loved his Harley and riding in the wind.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Gemsheim) Beverly; his children, Aimee (Jeff) Maurer, Nicole (Tim) Kauffman, Mark Puma, Eric (Annette) Beverly, Matthew (Riley) Beverly, Katie (Bryan) Mazerbo, Justin (Kennedy) Beverly and Jenna Beverly and his beloved siblings, James Beverly and Esther (Keith) Osterman. Aubrey was the proud grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  He was also honored to have Lucy and Jack Steven’s as his best friends for 50+ years.

Aubrey was preceded in death by his parents, James and Violet Beverly, his sister, Beverly Beverly, three sons, Nicholas Puma, Bryan Beverly, Brett Beverly and a very special niece, Cheryl Squire.

Family and friends may call on Monday, December 29 from 4 ~ 8 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd., LeRoy.  Aubrey’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, December 30 at 10:00 AM at The City Church, 210 E. Main Street, Batavia, NY.
