In Loving Memory of Donald J. Schmidt

Don passed from this world on March 3rd, 2026. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Floyd and Marlene Schmidt.

     As a Consultant for the power industry Don traveled extensively, bringing his knowledge and experience all over the globe. The Philippines was his last trip before retiring. There, he established a school to train power plant operators.

     He is remembered by his family as a generous provider, an avid builder, and an enthusiastic pilot.

     He is survived by his loving wife; Juanita, Daughter; Athena V. ,Son; Michael S. Grandchildren: Ethan G., Aiden V. and Contessa V. Sister: Dona R. of Florida.

     A Celebration of Life gathering is planned for June.
