LeRoy ~ Curtis E. Murray, age 77, of Lathrop Avenue, passed away early Saturday morning, April 18, 2026.

     He was born November 2, 1948 in Batavia, a son of the late Curtis L. and Angeline Leone Murray.

     Curtis will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, especially when he was fishing or hunting.  He was a proud U.S. Navy veteran.  After serving his country, he worked for Lapp Insulator in LeRoy and then went on to work until his retirement from the U.S. Postal Service in Scottsville.

     He is survived by his wife, Debra Hoff Murray; daughter, Jennifer Murray; sister, Linda (Paul) Stoll and their sons, Matthew Stoll and Nathan Stoll; sister-in-law, Suzanne Ess, step-mother, Sally Murray; step-siblings, William (Loraine) Mapes, Robert Mapes, Julie Morales, Wendy (Dan) Beilstein and Jason (Melissa) Mapes, along with step nieces and nephews.

     Family and friends may call on Monday, April 27 from 10 - 11 AM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd., LeRoy, where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM.  Interment with military honors will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, LeRoy.
