Wow! Add a memory! One of so many! Donnie and my husband, Laney, were very good friends long before I knew him. I only knew him as a child when he delivered, from Lapp Lumber a new set of porch steps on our front porch. I learned very young that he always had a big smile. An excellent driver of trucks for Lapp Insulator too!
We were so lucky to have our families bonded for many years! Vacation together on Owasco Lake, love and support through thick and thin and ALWAYS lots of laughs and the joy of recalling SO many memories and support through the years.
Lest we forget the many years he spent as Le Roy's fire chief being very dedicated to the Le Roy Community!
Well, Donnie, there isn't enough room to say it all. Give my love to The Champ, until we meet again. Love Sheila
