LeRoy ~ Marion Donna Spoon, age 84, of Keeney Road, passed away to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening (Feb. 4, 2015) at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Rochester. She was born October 21, 1930, a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth McGinnis Stevens and was married to the late Fred Spoon. Donna enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She loved her trips to the mall, going out to breakfast and babysitting her grandchildren, often helping them out with her many artistic and creative talents. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Joe) Cordaro of Byron and Diana (Joe) Ferrando of LeRoy; her son, James (Lori) McCaffery of Byron; her grandchildren, Heather (Cordaro) Cacner, Ashley Ferrando, Jenna Ferrando, Sherry Askey, JoJo Cordaro, Wendy Louis, Shannon McCaffery, Kim Thompson, J. J., and Byran McCaffery; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her dog, Bella. There are no prior calling hours. Her Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Oratory, 27 Lake Street, LeRoy on Saturday, February 7 at 10:30 AM, with no reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to either Crossroads House, Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center or Lollypop Farm.
