Obituary of Mildred D. Hope

LeRoy ~ Mildred D. Hope, age 92, passed away to heaven on March 4, 2016. She was born in Sussex, N.J., the youngest of 11 children, to parents, Joseph and Mary Kaweske. She served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a medical aide. She was fondly known as "Millie" and was a devoted wife to G. Edward Hope, who preceded her in death. Millie is survived by her son, Robert (Val) Hope of AZ, and her daughters, Patricia (Ron) Allen of AZ and Bonnie Hope of LeRoy; her granddaughters, Megan Townsend (Dvoroznak), Abigail Hope, Hannah (Brad) Rose; her great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Townsend, Matilda Rose and Simon Rose. At the request of Millie and her family, there will be a private memorial service held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Millie's memory may be made to Home Care & Hospice,29 Liberty Street, Batavia, N.Y. 14020.
