Maggie and Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. Shell was a good friend and so honest in her opinions. I will miss our talks and have lost the best "well-done" pizza maker I ever had. If she burned a pizza and couldn't sell it, she would call me and say "come and get it" as she knew that was how I liked them. She will be missed by all who knew her. May you find comfort in knowing she has found peace and is now with her son.

Maggie and family -
“‘Magical’ is a word I want to use to describe Shelly. Not that she was a saint. But her capacity for giving, for appreciating the small things, for making people laugh, providing the most incredible hugs and love, was truly magical. There was something so special about her; I loved that she was so astonishingly beautiful on the inside. It’s her inner light that I will miss the most. I will love her for all the days of my life. Sending healing love and prayers.

Maggie, I am so sorry to hear of Shelly's passing. I can not imagine what you are going through now. I just saw you two a few weeks ago at the hospital when I brought my mother for tests. She seemed so healthy then. This has made me realize that life is so short and to make the most of each day.
Shelly was such a good person who had many friends. Take comfort in knowing how well she was loved by everyone. My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
I am sorry I couldn't make her memorial service. A donation will be made in her name to Crossroads House.

May thoughts and prayers are with Shelly's mom Maggie and her family and all her coworkers and endless friends whom her heart has touched. She was one of a kind and no one will ever be able to fill her shoes. Shelly, I will miss your smile, your laugh and your bold and bright attitude you had that made everyone laugh and smile. I will miss being on the floor at work and listened to you tell your patient's to take their damn pills. And seeing you at the store. You made the best pizza and wings. It will be very hard to not see you at work and at the store but I will know that you are at peace and your broken heart is healed and you are with your Josh and holding him so tight that you won't let him go. RIP Shelly and Josh, may you both rejoice and hold each other tight. Shelly was an amazing woman who touched some many hearts while her own heart has been broken. I am sure we will still feel your presence at work...We are all going to miss you at work.

Over the last 16 years it has been a great pleasure to have gotten to know Shell and her family. We have spent many days and nights going down to the STP for dinner and a show as we called it. Shell was a great roll model and inspiration to the kids at the store and anywhere she was. You had a great Daughter, Sister and Mother and can be very proud of what she did and what she stood for. My wife and I will miss her greatly. Our thoughts and prayers our with you in this time of sorrow.

Maggie and family, My heart is so full of sadness, Michelle was a special person with a huge heart. I remember when she opened Stafford Trading Post. We supported her almost every week for her wonderful Fish Fries. Michelle was a hard worker, putting everyone before herself and she was the One that told it as it was. Now she is with Josh. Sending strength and prayers to the family.

To Shell's family,
Shell and I have been friends for a long long time but we became extremely close the past two years as we both shared the same pain, losing our precious baby boys. We shared heartfelt talks, texts and embrassed each other in hugs and tears. She helped me and I helped her just by talking, crying and hugging. I know Shell is where she wants to be and with that I am at peace knowing she is happy. I will miss her more than words can ever say, I envy her for being able to hold her baby once again. Shell, I sure hope you send me that sign that we were forever waiting for from our boys, I love you, and will miss you forever. Till we meet again........

Shelly was a classmate of mine and such a wonderful person. We lost touch for years but when our Class of 83 wanted to do a 30th Reunion, Myself and Shell were asked to start a committee to plan the reunion. We worked together for months planning this reunion and ended up with such a special friendship that i wished we would have done this years ago. She took control of all of the food and refused to take our money but our class pitched in and left it with her. She was not happy with that and didnt hold back her comments. Thats a part of her i will miss along with her beautiful heart! She was such a giving person along with her "Tell it like it is" Motto. I am so glad i was able to share such a special friendship with her. My heart is so heavy and miss her like crazy. I will miss them great big hugs of hers and our heart to heart talks. I am sorry for your loss and with out being selfish, my loss too. I pray for your pain to lessen. Thank you for such a beautiful person.

I have no words that can possibly tell how I feel about Shellys passing. We shared a bond. Sadly we both lost a child. We talked and cried and tried to console each other if that was possible after such a tragedy. In my heart I feel Shelly is where she wants to be. With Josh. We are the ones left to mourn for them both. God bless you and your family.
Sincerely,
Mary MacIntyre
