To the family- So very sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I worked with Joe at the DPW in the 90’s and have so many fond memories of him. The village was fortunate to have him as an employee, Joe did things the right way and cared about doing a good job. He taught me a lot about work ethic, and about life. I feel very fortunate to have known Joe, he’s was a very unforgettable person who made you laugh. He always talked very proudly of his family. He will be missed by many. They don’t make em like Joe anymore. Dan Horgan
