Obituary of Mary E. Smith

Houston, TX – Mary E. Smith, age 80, formerly of LeRoy, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2018 after a brief illness.

     She leaves behind her son, Daniel (Nancy) Smith of LeRoy, her daughter Deborah (John) Loreant of Houston, TX, her daughter-in-law, Barbara Smith of Byron along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

     Mary was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd Smith Sr., sons, Lloyd Jr. and Timothy Smith, foster son, Douglas Wandtke, grandson, Matthew Smith, and great-grandson Christian Kremer.

Mary had a huge heart and took many young adults and kids under her wing. She was well known for her exceptional quilt making, embroidery and crafts which she shared with many.

     Family and friends may call on Friday, June 15 from 5-7 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc, 8700 Lake Road, LeRoy, where her Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 P.M.  Interment in Stone Church Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Arthritis Foundation.
