Obituary of Frank H. Elliott

LeRoy ~ Frank H. Elliott, age 86, of East Avenue, passed away Saturday morning (August 11, 2018) at Crossroads House in Batavia.
He was born January 5, 1932 in Stafford, a son of the late Clifford and Alice Green Elliott.
Frank was a proud, decorated veteran, having served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked at Lapp Insulator Co. in LeRoy for 45 years as an automation millright. He was an active member of the American Legion and the LeRoy Historical Society, where he volunteered. Frank enjoyed socializing with his friends, having coffee with the guys, doing yard work and relaxing in his recliner with Emmie on his lap. He also enjoyed telephoning out of state family members just to "shoot the bull", as well as travelling; as he accomplished a visit to all 50 states and also London and Germany. He was also very proud of participating in military funeral services for veterans.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Barbara (Anchor) Elliott; his daughters, Jackie Parker (Jay Nowell) of TX and Rhonda Hernandez of CA; grandchildren, Scott (Lindsay) Elliott, April (Josh) Smith, J W Parker (Erica Medina), Drew (Jessica) Elliott, Nicole (Chris) Alcorn and Blake Saar; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary (John) Woodard and Jackie (Bill) Reynolds; brother, Gary (Paula) Elliott; brother-in-law, Douglas Anchor; sisters-in-law, Marie Elliott and Janet Elliott; his beloved dog, Emmie, along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Jeffery P. Elliott, 4 brothers, 4 sisters and sister-in-law, Cindy Anchor.
Family and friends may call on Friday from 4 ~ 7 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where his Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. Interment with military honors will immediately follow in Machpelah Cemetery.
