Pavilion ~ Michael G. Starr, age 78, of Ellicott Street Road, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, at home on Friday (September 14, 2018).

     He was born April 15, 1940 in Batavia, a son of the late George and Isabel Rudgers Starr.

     Mike was a loving father and grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with his family.  He had a passion for trains and also enjoyed bowling and farming.

     He is survived by his children; Donna (Jack) Severs of IL, Tammy (Joe) Wells of Byron, April (Robert) McGuire of IL and William (Kim) Starr of IL; grandchildren, Mathew, Nathaneal, Sean, Makayla, Tabby, Joey and Maranda; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Randy (Cindy) Starr, sister-in-law, Deborah Starr, along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends.  He was also predeceased by his daughter, Elizabeth “Cubby” Starr, brothers, William Starr and James Starr and special friend, Sandy Lavender.

     Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 2 ~ 4 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Rd. (Rt.19), LeRoy, where a Sharing of Memories will be held at 4:00 P.M.  Interment in the Pavilion Cemetery will be private.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Pavilion Fire Department.
