LeRoy ~ Theodore L. "Ted" Hume, age 52, of Asbury Road, passed away Sunday afternoon (September 23, 2018) at Crossroads House in Batavia, surrounded by his loving family.

     He was born April 24, 1966 in Batavia, a son of Jean Bolles Hume and the late Louis E. Hume.

     Ted was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, who enjoyed hunting, fishing along Oatka Trail and working with his draft horses.  As a youth, he was active in 4H and helped in establishing the Genesee County Dairy Goat & Sheep Club.

      He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Patricia Longhany Hume; his sons, Adam (Tamara) Hume and Aidan Hume, both of LeRoy; his grandchildren, Blake Ashley and Lola Hume; brothers, Thomas (Mary) Hume and Tim Hume; sister, Teri Hume, all of LeRoy, along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

     Ted's family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 27 from 4 ~ 7 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where his Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 A.M.  Interment in Machpelah Cemetery will immediately follow.
