LeRoy ~ Joanne Mather, age 69, of Lake Street, passed away at home unexpectedly on Friday morning (January 25, 2019).

     She was born December 12, 1949 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Melio and Helen Panepento Oliveri.

     Joanne will be remembered as a very loving and compassionate person, who established many lasting relationships through her many years of being a hairdresser.  She enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid bowler for many years.

     She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gerald Mather; brother, Ronald (Bonnie) Rossi of Batavia; niece, Joy Rossi; nephew, Jeffrey Rossi; great-niece, Skylar Rossi; special friends, Linda & Paul Stoll, Dolly Piazza, Pam Moore and Pat Broderick, along with many other dear friends. 

     In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Judy Hargrove.

     Family and friends may call on Thursday, Jan. 31 from 2 ~ 5 P.M. at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Interment in Machpelah Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.

     Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
