June was a year ahead of me at P.C.S. but we played basketball together. We were on a school team and she would sometimes give me a ride home. We also played pick-up b’ball in the barn owned by her father, Weedy. After high school we lost touch as I went off to college. By some twist of fate, I wound up teaching and coaching at Pavilion and was to coach her daughter, Tammy, who was a great athlete and her brother, Terry, who also was an excellent athlete as well. I know this is maybe too late for anyone to view but I am so sorry for your loss. Peace be with you all.
