LeRoy ~ Clyde L. Schutt Jr., age 77, passed away Thursday morning (July 18, 2019) at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, in the loving presence of his family.

     He was born July 9, 1942 in Batavia , a son of the late Clyde and Adelyn Clark Schutt.

     Clyde was a very loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend, who will be remembered as a fun loving, yet compassionate person.  He enjoyed camping, traveling and old cars.  He was a well known businessman in the community and was also a lifetime member of the LeRoy Moose Lodge. 

     He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Dempsey Schutt; his daughters, Wendy Miller of LeRoy and Shelley (Rick) Scott of Stafford; step-daughter, Deanna (Jimmy) Leach of Leicester; grandchildren, Sara Jo, Jesse, Peyton, Erica, and Emilee; step-granddaughter, Tiffany; great-granddaughters, or as grandpa called them the "blond bombers", Kallia and Tatum, along with nieces, nephews and dear friends, especially his partner, Bob Sovocool.

     Family and friends may call on Monday, July 22 from 2 ~ 6 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where a Remembrance Service will be held at 6:00 PM.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to United Memorial Medical Center Foundation, Inc., 127 North Street, Batavia, N.Y. 14020
