Donna and I met while working at Eagle Distributing Co in 1990. She was an amazing coworker , hard worker and was someone who was a good friend and has been in touch with my father ( who was a consultant) and I all these years. We wrote to one another all the time, she loved to write letters. She had journals for many yrs she always kept a record of everything- she was very interesting and very smart and the Civil war round table was a passion of hers. She even as she got older and was not doing as much would call me and was in her office ( her home office) at 4 am. She had been working all night she told me,. she did this a lot. She was quite a character too. In 2017 fall time and 2018 spring able to visit her at her house several times prior to her stroke. Just to be there and visit see what she was up to- she always wanted me to visit, helped with Roscoe her dog she loved with her whole heart ( Jack Russel Terrier) -Life is busy but I figured it was time to visit, I had the time- I would make or bring dinner every time. I am glad to have seen her those times. I will miss her dearly!!
