Rochester ~ Diane J. Makovitch, age 66, formerly of LeRoy, passed away on October 4, 2019.
She was born August 29, 1953, a daughter of the late John and Johanna Stefani Sullivan.
Diane is survived by her children, Jacob, Joshua and Sarah; and her siblings, Barbara Sullivan, Skip Sullivan and Kathy (Wayne) Smith.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Theodore "Ted" Makovitch and her sister, Patricia Sullivan Smith.
Family and friends may call on Friday, October 11 from 4 ~ 6 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road, LeRoy.
