LeRoy ~ Margaret A. Dillon, age 80, of Myrtle Street, passed away early Saturday morning (February 6, 2021) in the loving presence of her family.

     She was born December 1, 1940 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Johns Hawker.

     Margaret was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend, who cherished time spent with her family.  She always looked forward to family reunions where she could catch up with her brothers and sisters.  Margaret was a huge Elvis fan and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading.

     She will be sadly missed by her children; Vickie (David) Maskell of Missouri, Sue (Kevin) Pike of Batavia, Hugh (Leanne) Dillon of Leicester, Larry Dillon of Perry, Dianna Dillon (Wade Godlove), Betty Dillon (Dennis Draper) and Brenda Dillon, all of LeRoy; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jean (Duane) Watson of IN, Patricia Burkhead of MI, Joyce (Bob) Gerber of MI, Don (Phyllis) McHugh of IN and Howard (Loretta) Yoder of IN; best friend, DonnaLee Dries; feline companion, Buttons; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

     She was predeceased by her sister, Eleanor (David) Scott and the father of her children, Harold “Buster” Dillon.

     The family would like to recognize and thank her two special care providers, Joeylyn and Chad, for the loving and devoted care they provided to their grandmother.

     There will be no prior visitation or services at this time.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Volunteers for Animals, 3841 West Main Street Road, Batavia, N.Y. 14020
