Obituary of Beverly J. Perkins

Wellsville, NY, Denver, CO, Bergen, NY ~  Beverly passed away Oct. 31, 2021 at the LeRoy Village Green in LeRoy, NY at the age of 90.

     She was born May 31, 1931 in Wellsville, NY, a daughter of the late Harold and Golda Greene of Willing.

     Beverly lived most of her life in Denver, CO, where she fell in love with the great Rocky Mountains, Colorado Rockies and the Denver Broncos.  She was an avid bowler and most of all enjoyed being on her patio with her many flowers, her many dog "humans" over the years and her beloved companion, John McGrath, who predeceased her in 2017.

     Surviving are her sisters, Mary (Marion) Matteson of Willing, Janet Greene of Arcade, Susan Heimlich of Bergen; her brothers, Jay (Linda) Greene of Genesee, PA, Bruce (Susan) Greene of E. Rochester; sisters-in-law, Marie Cline of Wellsville, Rose Sanchez, Virginia Lopez and Ruby (Ernie) Garcia, all of the Denver area, along with many nieces and nephews.

     She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond, Charles, Richard, James and John Greene.

     Beverly’s wish was the donation of her body to the Anatomical Gift Program at the

University of Rochester School of Medicine.
