What special memories we have of Mary, from the time we had her in our BUMC youth group, and then as we kept in touch all these years since. We were always happy to visit with her when we were back in Bergen. We are so grateful that we're forever friends and will visit with her again in heaven. Praying for all her family for comfort and peace.

Dear Mary’s Family,
I’m sorry for your loss of your mother, wife, sister, and grandmother. I know you will truly miss her.
As a childhood friend of Mary’s from Munger St., I have several fond memories of Mary growing up. I will always remember playing cards (Hearts and Spades) with Mary and all her sisters for hours on her families dining room table. We’d swim in her family’s pool and ride our bikes a up and down the street. When Mary would get sick with tonsillitis (which seemed to happen quite often), I was the only one able to go and play with her because I didn’t have any tonsils! Then at Christmas time, we'd look through the Sears Toy catalog for days.
Here’s pic from 1976 at my parent’s house with our Munger St. friends!
My sister Marcia (Stein) Kehl, Carol (Miller) Boughner, myself Julie (Stein) Machell, Diane, Mary, and Marcia (Miller) Bell.
With deepest sympathy,
Julie (Stein) Machell

Q: What will you never forget about Mary?
A: I will never forget the unconditional love and support Mary provided to me. She always treated me like family, and always made me feel so welcome in her home. I’ll never forget the endless counts of sleepovers Hailey and I had , where we were always treated to the most amazing breakfasts- not to mention the home cooked dinners from the night before. (I know my parents appreciated these too) Mary cared about everyone so deeply, and she did whatever she could to make you feel at home when you were with her. We miss you, Mary. You were another mom to a lot of us.

I am so sorry I did not get to know Mary better. I didn't dream that their would be so little time. I do know that she was a warm, fun loving woman who LOVED her family more than anything in the world. That was clear to anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. Rest in Peace, Mary.

Mary,
I already miss your laugh and your smile so much. Your home was a second home to me for a lot of my childhood. So much so that I even started calling you second mom. I will never forget the times we spent together, driving to the mall, playing Yahtzee, going to get Tully’s tenders, and going to church with you and Hailey on Sunday’s. You and don always made sure that I was well fed and comfortable when I slept over at your house for days at a time. The love that you had for your daughters, your family, and your friends was evident. You were one of the strongest and kindest people I know. I will strive to be a little bit more like you everyday. You were a very special person to me. White Family - I love you all so much and am keeping you in my prayers.
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, Unheard but always near. Still loved, still missed, and very dear.
My deepest condolences,
Bri Corbelli

Having never celebrated Christmas before, Mary opened her home to us and provided us with the best Christmas celebration possible. We were blown away by her generosity, kindness, and most importantly—her top tier sense of humor. There’s no other family we would’ve rather celebrated our first Christmas with, and we’ll always cherish the incredible memories that we made that year. Mary will always be in our hearts, especially during the holiday season, the happiest and most cheerful time of the year.
