Our sincerest condolence to Joe's family. I served with Joe in the Guard back in the 70'S. I had taken the CSE to become a guard in the NYS prison system and Joe talked me out of taking the job. I'm grateful for the advise. He will always be remembered fondly.

I was in the National Guard with Joe for 15 years, then I went to Buffalo for 5 years, then returned for my last 5 years as Joe's First Sergeant. Joe was always friendly with a smile on his face, was always dependable, and I am pleased to say he was my friend. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. Dean V. June

My sincere condolences. Although I only knew Joe a short time when he came to my unit, I looked forward to seeing him everyday and chatting with him. He was a very sweet man with a very devoted family. My heart goes out to all of you.

To the Falcone Family, Joe was a great competitor and friend. He shot for many years on the Attica prison pistol team in the Western New York Police Pistol League and always helped out the new guys just starting out. Thoughts of Joe bring up great memories. Joe and I go way back from the late 50's early 60's and beyond. Always a kind soul; that always made me feel better about life in general. As a kid we had peashooter jousts together We had apple trees all over and would pick them for apple fights roaming all over my uncles junk yard......(our playground)....... I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We both graduated BHS class of 68. He was such a fun loving guy. In our later years I learned that we both ended up in corrections but at different facilities. He will be missed. Marilyn Hyde
